A place where the mountains are lived, learned, and shared

Mountain LAB is a dynamic space where sport, nature, and education come together in a meaningful way.
Adventure here is never just adrenaline — it’s a way to learn, to approach the mountains with respect, and to reconnect with the joy of movement and discovery.
Designed for all ages — adults, kids, families, and school groups — Mountain LAB is a hands-on nature space where breathing, learning, and personal growth go hand in hand.
From training via ferratas to climbing walls, indoor bouldering and orienteering trails, every corner is designed to spark curiosity and deepen your connection with the landscape.
Originally built for the guests of Hotel Boite and the Corte delle Dolomiti, but open to all, Mountain LAB bridges the world of play and meaningful experience.
It balances lighthearted adventure with a deeper awareness of the mountains. It’s an open invitation to be surprised — by climbing, exploring, and sharing.
Get a grip on the mountain: what you can do at Mountain LAB

In the heart of the Corte delle Dolomiti, Mountain LAB is a mini ecosystem of outdoor learning and fun.
It starts with the training via ferrata, a secured wall route where beginners can practice with carabiners, cables, and gear in total safety.
Next to it are two climbing routes on a cement wall, perfect for first attempts. Just beyond, nine outdoor climbing routes range from 3 to 6 meters in height, with increasing levels of difficulty.
Looking for a real challenge?
The façade of Hotel Boite hosts two advanced routes: levels 6A and 6B on the French grading scale.
If the weather turns, head indoors to the bouldering space — a safe, low climbing wall with mats, no ropes, and plenty of freedom to explore or train in a secure and accessible way.
Outside, the park also includes a permanent orienteering trail with 29 control points across the woods — a fun and educational way to explore, read maps, and learn to navigate both terrain and self.
Two tree climbing stations invite kids and adults alike to build trust, coordination, and a bond with the trees.
To complete the experience, Mountain LAB offers via ferrata kits and e-bike rental, perfect for exploring further into the valley.
The infopoint, open daily, is your go-to for planning: trekking, cultural outings, activities for kids, must-see spots.
Here, you’ll find maps, guides, local advice — and someone who really listens.
A mountain that welcomes you — with style and respect

At Mountain LAB, the mountains aren’t just a backdrop — they are the true protagonists.
Here, you get to know them step by step, with respect and curiosity, whether you’re a child trying tree climbing for the first time, an adult seeking new challenges, or a class on a field trip.
Every activity is designed to bring people closer to nature — and to educate through play, movement, and direct contact with the land.
Schools find in Mountain LAB the ideal place for outdoor learning, with orienteering, environmental observation, and ecological awareness workshops.
And it’s not just about sport.
Mountain LAB is also a cultural space, where we talk about history, architecture, and landscape. It’s a natural extension of the identity of the ENI Village and Hotel Boite.
Come climb, walk, learn, explore — or simply breathe.
